OC Trial Group’s client suffered a traumatic brain injury while riding a rented electric bicycle. The entities initially offered less than $50,000 as a global settlement for all defendants which was rejected. On the eve of trial, OC Trial Group was able to settle with the defendants and obtain $1,575,000 to their client.
